DEWIN is a professinal manufacturer of powder metallurgy products, which covers the range of shock absorber parts, oil pump parts, various kinds of gears and air compressor parts with high strength, high precison and stable quality.

DEWIN was founded in May 1992, located in Ningbo city, Zhejiang province, which is very near to Ningbo port, it’s so convenient to export. We cover an area of 15,000 ㎡， workshop 10,000 ㎡， warehouse 2,000 ㎡， office building 3000 ㎡， our fixed assets is 6 million USD, annual turnover is 12 million USD.

We have more than 40 pressing machines which cover the range from 16 to 400 tons, sizing pressing machines, sintering furnance, WEDM, EDM, full-automatic CNC lathe for mould making, totally more than 200 equipments. In addtion, Dewin has a professional laboratory with 3D testing, precision airflow testing, strength testing, metallographic structure analysis, flaw detection, carbon-sulfur analysis and hard testing, etc.We control the quality as per ISO 9001-2000 from 2002 and passed TS 16949 in 2007.

DEWIN has 90 staffs, more than 20% of us are technicians and engineers, we have strong ability of technical development, we can do all the processes from mould design and making to finished products as per client’s requirement.
